LABEL CA FFF – A GREAT EVENING FOR 28 CLUBS…
AFTER A SEASON OF INTERRUPTION DUE TO THE HEALTH CRISIS, THE LABELS AWARD CEREMONY WAS ONCE AGAIN HELD ON LAST WEEK IN CHAMPAGNE AU MONTS D’OR.
TWENTY-EIGHT CLUBS HAVE BEEN DISTINGUISHED AND REWARDED FOR THE PERIOD 2021-2024…
It has been so long…
Almost two years later, twenty-eight clubs from the District of Lyon and the Rhône met again last Wednesday evening at the large villa of Crédit Agricole Centre-Est, in Champagne au Monts d’Or (1).
Accompanied for the most part by their local elected officials and their local CA agency directors, they had an appointment to receive their federal labels for the 2021-2024 period (Youth, Women and Futsal). “Distinctions which is not intended to situate the sporting levels of the clubs, as recalled by Jérôme Hernandez, the CTD in charge of the operation, but to qualify the work carried out in terms of quality and structuring. »
This was jointly recalled by Arsène Meyer, the president of the District of Lyon and the Rhône, and Pascal Parent, the president of the AuRA Foot League.
FOUR DOUBLE AND TWELVE LITTLE NEWS…
After the usual speeches, the twenty-eight recipients marched onto the stage to receive their awards from the hands of the representatives of the Management Committee or the presidents of the groups, also present for the occasion.
In total, thirty-two distinctions have been awarded since four clubs have two labels: AS Ecully (youth hope and women’s football school), FC Pontcharra Saint-Loup (youth excellence and silver women’s football school) , FC Francs Lyonnais (youth hope and women’s football school bronze) and GOAL FC (youth elite and women’s football school).
Of the sixteen new labels named, twelve clubs were rewarded for the first time: OL, ES Lierguoise, O. Rillieux, FC Saint-Cyr Collonges, Futsal Vaulx, Lyon Moulin à Vent, FC Chavanoz, Condrieu Futsal, GOAL FC, Hauts Lyonnais, Beaujolais Foot and PLVPB Futsal. Two found a label that had not been renewed in the past: FC Francs Lyonnais and Caluire FF 1968.
TWO INSTRUCTIVE INTERVALS…
In detail, nineteen youth labels were awarded, seven women’s football schools and five futsal (see below).
Note that two “advertising intermissions” interspersed the parade. The first to present and educate the elected representatives present on the advantages of the FAFA (Fonds d’Aide au Football Amateur) to develop their facilities, in particular the Foot5 pitches. The second to present the eco-responsible ball, all the profits of which will be used to develop adapted football for young people with disabilities.
