In operation since 2016, grandsons Annecy asked a few days ago for Maison Petits-fils to further strengthen the family spirit embodied. The agency continues to develop its activity with the objective of recruiting 35 new people in 2022.
What’s new at Grandsons?
At the beginning of April, the Petits-fils Annecy team acquired a new location, the Maison Petits-fils. Designed to spoil the carers, it is a colorful and friendly place, in the family spirit specific to Petits-fils.
Much more than simple offices, this human place has a relaxation area designed to promote exchanges (sharing daily life over a coffee, encouraging feedback with the coordinators, etc.).
Inaugurated on April 14, this House will allow the agency to boost its selection of carers. Thus, carers curious to discover Grandsons had the opportunity to meet the team and the carers already in place during an open day.
This inauguration was also an opportunity to present the Embassy program of the Annecy branch. The objective is to found a community of life assistants committed and convinced by the vision of supporting Grandsons.
In addition, to best support its 250 client families and meet the growing needs of elderly people looking for home help, Petits-fils Annecy wishes to recruit 35 new profiles.
Real employment, the creative agency has recruited, in 5 years, 130 carers, 7 support people, and accompanied more than 750 people with loss of autonomy. Thanks to its tailor-made and very qualitative offer, the agency generated €1.5 million in turnover in 2021.
