Deputies of the factions “Fair Russia” and “Communists of Russia” appreciated the work of the Don decision
Rostov region, April 16, 2022. DON24.RU. The deputies of the factions “Fair Russia” and “Communists of Russia” who gathered in the Don parliament gave the main report of the general director for the region Vasily Golubev and gave a report on the meeting for the past year.
A detailed report was presented by the Minister of Economic Development of the Rostov Region Maxim Papushenko. He recalled that last year the priority of the state policy was the social sphere. Financial needs in the region turned out to be in positive dynamics due to measures to support the population, enjoying the Don feeling. Every year they receive 1.4 million residents of the Don.
In 2021, the amount of cash proceeds from a series of gasification of houses increased by 2.5 times (from 20 to 50 thousand rubles). Five kindergartens and eight schools were opened after the construction or reconstruction, two more new kindergartens and schools appeared, and overhaul was tried in eight schools and two kindergartens. Four school playgrounds and roofs of 18 educational institutions were also repaired.
The minister also noted the number of unemployed: by the end of last year, they died from 107 thousand to 17.3 thousand people, that is, from 5.1% to 0.8%.
“Today is not the easiest time, and we express our gratitude to the Government of the Rostov region for the fact that the socio-economic situation in production has been kept at an upward level. This includes industrial growth of more than 8 percent, and agriculture, which has grown by more than 5 percent, while the pace of development of the construction sector has increased by a record 43 percent. As for questions to the government, the most expedient of them is the expediency of using the budgetary funds that we get today earlier than before. In general, our faction evaluates the work of the region’s assessments in 2021 satisfactorily,” summed up the results of the head of the Fair Russia share in the region’s parliament Sergey Kosinov.
It is noted that the discussion was also attended by the head of the “Communists of Russia” group in the Legislative Assembly of the region Elena Byshevskaya and deputies of the “Fair Russia” group in the Rostov-on-Don City Duma and the Dumas of Taganrog, Donetsk, Azov and Kamensk – Boris Walter and Dmitry Velichko.
