“In the midst of the pandemic, our Institute joined the National Network of Outdoor Schools, and since then we have been trained to put into practice the didactic principles of outdoor education”. Tomorrow, with Vienna Cammarota, Ambassador of Archeoclub D’Italia and Environmental Hiking Guide of Assoguide, the students of our school will experience great emotion, in the open air. In fact, they will divide into groups and put into practice the principles of outdoor teaching. The pupils of the kindergarten, for example, will carry out a path inside a labyrinth made with cartons, boxes and materials found in the garden. The men of the pupils of the primary, third and fourth grades, will create examples of rock graffiti on the spot and will reproduce the Cave of the hands found in Patagonia, using the same techniques used by the primitives. So tomorrow there will be small archaeologists but also small paleontologists in the open air.
At school we are addressing the theme of art in the Paleolithic and therefore the students, tomorrow in front of Vienna, will create examples of rock graffiti, giving life to a laboratory on rock painting. Then with the techniques and natural powders of primitive men they will create the Cave of the uncovered hands in Patagonia. The labyrinth instead will be a colorful labyrinth, in the open air and each color will correspond to something. At the same time we will give children the opportunity to recycle. For example, we will have a caterpillar made of wheels, tunnels made with cardboard or with the material found in the garden. But tomorrow, with Vienna Cammarota, Ambassador of Archeoclub of Italy, the boys will play with Paleontology and will give life to the Olympic Day of the Vortex Launch. Having Vienna here with our students will be the completion of an innovative path that we have undertaken as an educational institution. She is for us the testimony of how life is a continuous journey in search of nature and the true essence of man ”. This was stated by Daniela Irollo, head teacher of the Comprehensive 42 ° Carafa Salvemini Institute in Naples.
And tomorrow, WEDNESDAY – 13 APRIL – at 11 am, innovative teaching which will be attended by Vienna Cammarota, Ambassador of Archeoclub D’Italia, 72 years old, who will be the first woman in the world to walk the Silk Road in contemporary times. Vienna will start on April 26 from a highly symbolic and interesting place: the Lazzaretto Nuovo in Venice. The details of the journey and of the entire narrative project of the territory will be illustrated for the first time to the press in a specific press conference wanted by Archeoclub D’ITALIA and scheduled for April 19, at 12 in Naples at the conference room of the Real Yacht Club Canottieri Savoia.
Embrace the trees of your garden, admire and tell about the cultural heritage that is just a few meters from home!
“Tomorrow I will tell the boys and show the therapeutic value of hugging the trees that are near the house or the plants of your garden, even at home, but I will tell you how important their mind, their creativity, observing and describing can be. through the visual arts and writing. For example, in many of our countries we have farms – declared Vienna Cammarota, Ambassador of Archeoclub D’Italia and Environmental Hiking Guide of ASSOGUIDE – and within these farms there are buildings of the ‘700. Here we leave our homes for a few hours and use smartphones but to photograph what is historic and beautiful. Then if we experienced an emotion to take and look at the photos we took, maybe share them. In this way we are going to create and encourage a network of creativity starting with the knowledge of the Cultural Heritage at home. Tomorrow with the boys of this school I will start talking to them hugging the trees! ”.
The Cultural Heritage of proximity is there! You just have to know it!
And tomorrow is also expected the intervention of Rosario Santanastasio, National President of Archeoclub D’Italia, who would meet young people talking to them about the Cultural Heritage that we have a few meters from a school or from our homes!
