This adds to the threats to the lives of millions of Ukrainian children.
This last point allows theUnicef, United Nations Children’s Fund, to come into play. The organization “acts both in Ukraine, where their teams continue to ensure the delivery of essential supplies and access to drinking water and equipment for emergency care, and in the border regions, where the the organization contributes to the protection and reception of displaced children,” explains the town hall. The organization has launched a call for donations to “support its action and meet its urgent need for funding”.
