The people of the Parliaments of the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria will meet in Prague

Prague – A meeting of the leaders of the Parliaments of the countries of the so-called Austerlitz format, ie the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria, will take place in Prague today. The Czech Republic will be represented for the first time as the head of the Chamber by Markéta Pekarová Adamová (TOP 09). In the afternoon, the leaders will also head to the Motol University Hospital, where they will visit the so-called UA point, a low-threshold outpatient clinic for acute care of refugees from Ukraine.
Wolfgang Sobotka, President of the Austrian National Council, and Milan Laurenčík, Vice-Chairman of the Slovak National Council, will be the managing director of the Liechtenstein Palace. He will also contact the chairman of the Ukrainian Supreme Council, Ruslan Stefanchuk, through a video conference. After the meeting, a press conference is scheduled.
Subsequently, the leaders of the Parliaments will go to the Motol University Hospital accompanied by the Minister of Health Vlastimil Válek (TOP 09) and the director of the hospital Miloslav Ludvík. He will visit the UA point, which was established in Motol on the site of the former vaccination center against covid-19. Ambulances for Ukrainian refugees have been established in recent weeks in other regions as well.
