“To conduct a humanitarian operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from 00:00 Moscow time on April 3 from the detection of a humanitarian corridor from Mariupol to Berdyansk and the detection of the strict use of the silence regime on the route of movement,” Mizintsev said.
As the colonel general noted, foreign citizens were evacuated from Berdyansk both to Russia and to the controlled territories of Kyiv.
“Foreign citizens are evacuated from Berdyansk along any humanitarian route: by land transport to the Republic of Crimea or to territories controlled by the Kiev regime, as well as by sea transport in selected directions. At the same time, the Russian Federation is ready to use the calls of the ships involved in the evacuation in the port of Berdyansk and the exit from it is not related to the norms of international maritime law,” Mitsev said.
The general appoints that the evacuation of foreigners is possible only with the full assistance of the Kiev authorities to allow the humanitarian convoy to pass from Mariupol and observe the regime of silence.
