“We will produce food and crops only among friends (fortunately we have a lot of them, and they are not at all in Europe and not in North America). We sell both for rubles and for their national currency in agreed proportions,” Medvedev wrote. “We will not produce products for the production of food for those who have not given birth. And we won’t buy anything from them.
According to Medvedev, Russian food is “a quiet but formidable weapon of the country”, the export of agricultural products is extremely exportable. In Russia, according to policy, there is enough food for self-sufficiency and “there will be no supplies to the West.” Medvedev also confirmed that the government continues to provide assistance to farmers as a matter of priority. “The priority in food supplies is our domestic market. After that, perhaps, exports will be reoriented to the sides of the parties and other countries that do not give all the best to us, ”commented Ostapkovich“Agro-investor“.
