From April 15, Russia will introduce quotas for the export of sunflower oil in the amount of 1.5 million tons. The measure will be valid until August 31 of this year, informs Ministry of Agriculture of the country.
According to the register, a quota for export meal in the amount of 700,000 tons has also been set. And from April 1 to August 31, there will be a temporary ban on the export of sunflower seeds and rapeseed.

As noted in the Ministry of Agriculture, increased demand for Russian products is observed on a sharp increase in the growth of the world economy for sunflower oil and oilseeds.
