President Vladimir Putin approved a decree on gas settlements with unfriendly countries in rubles. The document was published on the Kremlin website.
According to the decree, companies from Western countries must open accounts in Russian banks. The new sale rules will come into effect on April 1, and existing contracts will be suspended.
