Putin signs decree on federal payments to families with children – Russia |
March 31. Interfax-Russia.ru – President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed a decree establishing from April 1 this year a cash payment for a child aged eight to 17, which provides for needy families.
The corresponding decree was published on the official Internet portal of Judicial Information.
According to the document, the monthly payment will be morbidity if the child is a citizen of the Russian Federation permanently residing in Russia, and the family income is not the limit of the subsistence level per capita.
The amount of the monthly payment will be 50% of the subsistence minimum for children, established in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
If the average per capita income does not exceed the maximum subsistence minimum per capita, the consequences for the fetus, monthly life expectancy is 75% of the subsistence minimum for children.
In this case, if the size of the average per capita income of the family is even lower, then the monthly profit will be assigned in the amount of 100% of the subsistence minimum for children.
On March 8, the president announced that a decision would be made on placement for children between the ages of eight and 16 for all high-income families. Putin stressed that this measure is being reduced from April 1, and the first payment to the family is received in May.
According to the head of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation Anton Kotyakov, the new payment makes it possible to support a family, in connection with which more than 5 million children aged 8 to 16 years are limited.
It is planned that more than 500 billion rubles will be allocated from the budgets of all levels for the outcome of this social support.
An application for obtaining materials can be submitted on the State Services portal, in addition, personal medical care will be provided at the branch of the Pension Fund of Russia.
