First Camp strengthens its presence in Norway
Scandinavia’s largest camping chain, First Camp, is now making its second acquisition in Norway. The chain already has 60 destinations in Sweden, Denmark and Norway, and is now buying Gol Camping Center in Hallingdal and thus becoming a group of 61 destinations with a total annual turnover of around SEK 1 billion.
First Camp made its first acquisition in Norway earlier this year, which had started on what is planned to be a major establishment in the country. Today it is clear that the chain’s next step in will be through Gol Camping Center in the important Norwegian tourist region Hallingdal.
