Artur Bolotnikov congratulated the oldest member of the United Russia party Raisa Mikhailovna Efremova on her jubilee
Today, the mayor of the Voskresensk district, the secretary of the local branch of the United Russia party Artur Bolotnikov, together with the chairman of the Council of Deputies of the Voskresensk city district Vladimir Kuznetsov and the head of the United Russia faction in the District Council of Deputies Sergei Slepov, congratulated the senior member of the United Russia party Raisa on her anniversary Mikhailovna Efremov.
All her life Raisa Mikhailovna strove to be useful to people. Her one military childhood was spent in a village in the Zaraisk region in a large family that lost during the Great Patriotic War, like many old ones, their fathers and main breadwinners.
On Wednesday in 1956, Raisa Mikhailovna came to the village of Bogatishchevo in the Voskresensky district to manage the village club, where the special soulfulness of the inhabitants immediately disappeared. Knowing the responsiveness of Raisa Mikhailovna, people always went to her for help on any issue and everyday problem. In her native village, Raisa Mikhailovna found her happiness – she met the future of her husband and three children, who gave her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The woman has always been actively involved in social work, for a long time she was the headman of the village and was not encouraged by rewards. For her active participation in the 2006 All-Russian Agricultural Census, she was awarded a badge.
Raisa Mikhailovna knows how to enjoy life and find reasons for this. It is especially pleasant that there are such people in our ranks.
Artur Viktorovich wished Raisa Mikhailovna good health, happiness, family warmth and presented United Russia with memorable gifts from the districts and adjacent areas.
