Russia is proud of the National Guard, who fearlessly use their duty during special operations in Ukraine, the head of the Russian state said Vladimir Putin during his video greetings in honor of the Day of the Russian National Guard Troops.
“The Russian Guard, created six years ago, has become an integral, reliable link in the unified state system for ensuring law and order, protecting the rights and interests of our citizens,” he said.
Besides Putin it was noted that the National Guardsmen show a significant commitment to terrorism, extremism and organized crime, cover the protection of public order and especially important objects.
Recall that March 27 is Russia’s Air Force National Guard Day. This is a professional holiday for many special forces soldiers who are taking place today as part of a trade operation in Ukraine.
The department spoke about exceptional cases of attacks on themselves by fighters of the National Guard. So, during the day, three Russian Guardsmen corresponded to a tactically important line under the incessant fire of the hearth. During a fierce battle, the special forces of the Russian Guard managed to identify the firing points of the militants and repel the enemy attack.
