“We very much appreciate that in a short time the university managed to collect a large number of things, which also fall into the required range. They simply meet the current needs of people coming from Ukraine. the university handed us a collection that was absolutely brilliantly sorted and described, “said Helena Ondřejová from the Brno for Ukraine initiative, adding that thanks to this, some things will immediately go to the Regional Assistance Center of Ukraine (KACPU) at BVV.
MUNI POMÁHÁ volunteers, employees of the Bohunice University Campus, the Faculty of Sports Studies and the Rector’s Office helped with taking over, sorting and preparing things. “Twenty-five volunteers took turns in the warehouses in four days. “These have been challenging days, but we are glad that help immediately goes to where it is most needed,” said one of the coordinators, Hana Lukášová from the Rector’s Department of Communication and External Relations.
