There is nothing here beyond what was said there: that the issue is in the line that you are taking to the United States,” Ryabkov, answering the question whether Russia intends to withdraw its ambassador from Washington.
Ryabkov said that in order to meet with Russia, the United States should suspend the transfer to Moscow, as well as the supply of weapons to Ukraine.
“Putting the question of what needs to be done to meet the relationship is certainly the right one. They just need to stop in their escalation, both verbally and in terms of considering the pumping of the Kiev scene.
