“As you might expect, I was exchanged for volunteers aged 18-19,” Fedorov said in an interview. TV channel “Present Time”.
The mayor of Melitopol noted that he was not beaten in captivity, but his psychological state was crushed.
- 19 March Ukraine Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk announced in an interview with TSN that 562 Russians live in Ukrainian captivity. Vereshchuk claimed that, according to the Ukrainian authorities, Russian troops had captured about 270 Ukrainian soldiers since February 24. The Russian Ministry of Defense does not officially disclose these data. Moskalkova claims that there are “much more” Ukrainian POWs than 500.
