Russia began to attract foreign airlines for the import of tourists
03/19/2022
The extremely acute problem of the export of Russian tourists from Egypt began to be collected by attracting a Kazakh carrier. Today, a SCAT airline flight from Sharm El Sheikh has already landed in Vnukovo. Tomorrow another flight will fly through Kazakhstan.
The flight of the Kazakh airline SCAT DV 5262, which occupies its charter subsidiary Sunday Airlines, landed today, March 19, at Moscow Vnukovo Airport at 14:48. He delivered to Moscow Russian tourists who could not fly from Sharm el-Sheikh. The editors of the “ATOR Bulletin” received significant confirmation from tourists who arrived on this flight. According to the FlightRadar24 service, on the eve of March 18, the same plane died after flying along a similar route.
An unusual event arises if, during the usual prosecution of an American airline from third countries, flights between Korean cities and points abroad, including those outside the country of registration of the company, do not work.
Tomorrow, March 20, the flight is also scheduled to be taken out with the involvement of the SCAT airline, but it will fly to Moscow through Kazakhstan.
WHAT IS INTERESTING IN A SKAT FLIGHT FROM EGYPT TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND HOW IT WILL HELP
Earlier we wrote that, according to the Chicago reality, the state has the right to refuse a large area to the ships of other countries carrying passengers, mail or cargo on its territory. As for a destination outside the country in which the carrier is registered. As a rule, international air traffic occurs only between the carriers of those countries between which, in fact, it is necessary to fly. That is, air transportation from Kazakhstan is not performed between the Russian Federation and Egypt, and Air France does not operate flights between Uzbekistan and the UAE.
At the moment, according to ATOR, 14 frequencies have been allocated to SCAT airlines for flights from Egypt to Moscow and St. Petersburg – 7 to each city.
WILL SCAT EXPORT TOURISTS FROM THAILAND?
According to the FlightRadar24 service, a similar Sunday Airlines flight DV5271 took off from Phuket this afternoon and landed in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. As in the first case, throughout the entire flight, the final destination was not indicated in the service, but at the same time, on the scoreboard of the Nur-Sultan airport, the SCATs Phuket flight with arrival today does not matter. The same board was previously also used on flights between Moscow and Sharm el-Sheikh. In addition, according to FlightRadar24, before taking off from Phuket, the same plane crashed on the Fukok-Phuket flight. The totality of this flight is aimed at organizing an export flight.
OPEN SKY REGIME TO HELP THE TOURIST INDUSTRY
Travel market experts have long been saying that under the conditions of air sanctions, it is the principle of “open skies” that can become an almost optimal way out of France, in which the Russian aviation and tourism industry took place. Whether SCAT flights will become the first sign of Russia’s “open skies” this year is not entirely clear now. But it is quite definitely possible to say that such flights are currently just out of the crisis with foreign tourists stuck abroad.
