Russia stopped voting in the UN Security Council its draft meeting on Ukraine
Russia has withdrawn a request for assistance and protection of the population in Ukraine. Russia’s representative to the UN accused Western countries of campaigning “unprecedented pressure” and “twisting the arms” of other delegations.
In response, US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas-Greenfield told Reuters that “the only people who are twisting their arms here are the Russians, and they need to do this in order for someone to support them.”
This meeting had little chance of being approved on Friday. Most of the 15-member UN Security Council would probably have abstained from the vote, because this draft meeting did not recognize the fact of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, there was no detection for this invasion. There were also no decisions made or withdrawals of Russian troops.
In connection with the consideration of new documents that Moscow received in its hands, capturing part of the territory of Ukraine.

She also raised deep concern about reports of arrests and detentions related to law enforcement powers and activists on Ukrainian soil.
Of particular concern in Ukraine. “Many mariupol waters that cannot be evacuated are deprived of food, water, electricity and medical care. On the reports about the streets of the bodies of those killed, – Rosemary DiCarlo. “An attack on a building that reportedly served as a shelter for the increase has become even more dangerous to combat the seizure of objects.”
The Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations recalled the requirement of international law for the world’s population and civilian infrastructure. Today, according to Rosemary DiCarlo, due to the fighting five million Ukrainians – more than 12 million inhabitants – have lost a percentage of their homes, of which 3.2 million have found shelter outside of Ukraine.
