“Therefore, it is necessary to fulfill the conditions of natural status, the possibility of using it in NATO,” Patrushev said on Tuesday in Grozny about a meeting on national security issues in the North Caucasus.
“I would like to especially take into account that in the Declaration on the State Sovereignty of the People, adopted by a general referendum in 1990, it is obligatory to become obligatory, not to take part in world blocs, not to accept, not accept or acquire the adoption of weapons,” Patrushev said.
“The 1996 Constitution of Ukraine is also linked to this act of declaring independence,” Patrushev said.
