DEBRECENI VSC – ÚJPEST FC – BACKGROUND, INTERESTING SIGHTS
♦ So far they have had 105 matches in the Hungarian lead, the eternal balance showed 21 victories in Debrecen, 35 draws and 49 successes in Újpest. Out of their last 11 league matches – with six capital successes and four draws – Loki could only win one. In January 2020, even during Zoltán Vitelki’s head coaching, he knocked out the purple-whites 4–0, who played the last quarter of the match at a human disadvantage, because Patrik Bacsa was exhibited at 2–0 in the 67th minute.
♦ The career choice of DVSC, which celebrates its 120th birthday on Saturday, is very close, with only one victory, the balance is tilted towards Loki, the home team has won 17 times, Újpest has won 16 times and they have won 19 times.
♦ Újpest was able to return home victorious only once out of the previous ten guest performances in Debrecen. Five of the other nine games were won by Loki and they were remixed four times. At the Great Forest Stadium, Tischler doubled up for 2 to 2, as well as playing for Loki and Yohan Croiz. There was an exhibition here too, an exhibition in the 64th minute Abdoulaye Diaby was sent off from the purple-whites.
♦ In the last five champions, Loki did not win, in addition to his three victories, he got out twice by getting four or four goals from Mezőkövesd and most recently from Honvéd.
♦ Based on the previous five rounds, Újpest is the second best form in NB I (3 victories, 1 draw, 1 defeat), only ahead of Paks in the format table with a better goal difference.
♦ The purple-whites have won three races in a row – if they manage to win for the fourth time, they will achieve a series that was seen in the last five and a half years, in July-August 2016, during the time of Nebojsa Vignjevics, even though they played at home on Fáy Street.
♦ According to the data of the National Football Repository, Debrecen has scored a total of 2199 goals in the lead since 1943, so Újpest may have the 2200th hit, which is a minor milestone.
♦ With its latest victory against MTK, DVSC turned the Hungarian balance to positive, which is thus 4–4–3, but still only in the lower third of the field.
♦ Újpest is relegated as a guest (with a score of 2–3–6), as it can only overtake Fehérvár. Apart from two houses, he won in Kispest and Fehérvár, both 2–1 times.
♦ Joan Carillo has faced Újpest nine times so far and his balance is 6–2–1, his only defeat in the last match, in the autumn, as a manager in Debrecen.
♦ The purple-white team won their previous three champions with a tie at all times. He scored at least two goals in this match.
