AN AFTER TRAVEL SERVICE MANAGER M/F

Copines de Voyage (women’s travel) and Les Aventureurs (adventure travel) bring together communities of travelers who have the same desires. Created in 2015 in France, the start-up She Travels today 25 employees is experiencing strong growth and offers a position of After Travel Service Manager for the follow-up of its customer files.
Description of the assignment:
We are looking for a post-travel and quality service manager with similar experience in the field of leisure or travel. The permanent position is to be filled in Paris or Annecy.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Relations, you take care of customer files upon their return.
Your main mission is to best meet customer expectations as soon as possible, at a lower cost, with the main objective of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You represent the image of the Copines de voyage and les Aventuriers brands through your quality as an expert in customer relations.
Roles and responsibilities :
– Ensuring customer satisfaction after travel
– Follow up on claim files
– Receive customer calls after their return
– Conduct the survey of our service providers in collaboration with our production department.
– Write reasoned and defined answers
– Moderate and respond to customer reviews on the sites
– Establish quality reports of the various products in order to participate in the constant improvement of the customer experience.
– Manage assets still in progress and provide answers to customers

Required profile :
– You are a graduate of a Bac+2 in tourism
– You risk a similar experience of 5 years in this type of position
– You have a good knowledge of the tourism code
– You show empathy and a developed sense of listening.
– You have excellent writing skills
– You have a good knowledge of the various destinations
– You like teamwork,
– You are comfortable with office tools (Mac) and computer tools (various booking software)
– You are recognized for your rigor, your dynamism and your versatility
