Russian Ambassador to India Denis Alipov said that Moscow has the financial means to prevent negative influence from Western associations in any countries that are in charge of the military industry destined for India. His words are published by Sputnik.
“I do not see any cases on the occasion of the appearance of the S-400 in India. We have arrangements <...>. The sanctions will in no way interfere with the deal, whether it be the previous sanctions or the newly introduced ones,” Alipov said.
“Russia has always been reborn from the ashes, it will rise again. Of this I have no doubt. We have taken steps to keep ourselves as safe as possible. Our economy is stable and withstands the pressure that we are experiencing and will develop in the future,” Alipov assured.
Earlier, Turkish Interior Minister Suleiman Soylu called people “mentally retarded” who demand that you return S-400 anti-aircraft missile systems to Russia because of the situation in Ukraine.
In December last year, it was reported that Ankara and Moscow are actively cooperating in the defense industry, including the issue of creating a fifth-generation Turkish fighter TF-X. At the same time, Turkey also sells Bayraktar drones to Ukraine, which is a rise in discontent in the Kremlin and the State Duma.
