Greece belongs to the Greeks – But to whom does the slogan belong?
The emblematic slogan “Greece belongs to the Greeks” was used by Alexis Tsipras, speaking in Parliament about the proposals in Ukraine.
The leader of the Parliamentary Group of the Movement for Change, Michalis Katrinis reacted strongly, accusing the president of SYRIZA of “imitating” Andreas Papandreou and “stealing the slogans of PASOK”.
However, the president of PASOK-KINAL, Nikos Androulakis, also took a position on the issue, who, in his post, gave a more complete answer to Alexis Tsipras, regarding the controversial slogan, but mainly about the war in Ukraine. and SYRIZA’s objections to sanctions against Russia.
As Mr. Androulakis wrote, “Greece not only belongs to the Greeks, as Andreas Papandreou was the first to say in an authentic way, but also Greece and the Greeks have always been on the side of defending international law and against those who violate it in burden of the peoples “.
Greece not only belongs to the Greeks, as Andreas Papandreou was the first to say in an authentic way, but also Greece and the Greeks have always been on the side of defending international law and against those who violate it to the detriment of the people.

Kotzias in KINAL: “Learn letters my child – Andreas got it from the KKE”
In the “quarrel” between KINAL and SYRIZA, however, Nikos Kotzias also intervened, putting things in their place.
As he mentioned in his own post, the slogan “Greece belongs to the Greeks” belongs to the KKE.
He even added that “Andreas took it from there”.
The post of the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of SYRIZA, who started the policy of action by the KKE, ends with the following characteristic postscript: “Learn letters, my child”…
See the post of Nikos Kotzias:
Katrinis remarks to Tsipras saying that the slogan “Greece belongs to the Greeks” belongs to Andreas. The slogan is, however, of the KD since 1931. The KKE used it as early as 1932 and then the EAM. Andreas got it from there too!
