the mask in cinemas, museums and restaurants, it’s over!
This Monday marks a new stage in the gradual lifting of health restrictions. It has been part of our daily life for almost two years; the mask is no longer compulsory in closed places subject to the vaccination pass. This concerns cinemas, theaters, museums, restaurants, fairs or sports halls.
The exception to the rule concerns public transport as well as trains and planes where the mask must be worn. This is also the case in closed places where the vaccination pass is not requested, such as companies, shops, supermarkets, administrations, public services, etc.
Another change comes into effect on Monday: only one test is necessary two days after being declared a contact case, but only for vaccinated people. Until now, three had to be made.
Also note the lowering to level 2 of the health protocol for schoolchildren from the Lyon academy who are returning to school at the start of the week after a fortnight’s vacation. Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory during recess.
“In mid-March, if the hospitals are in normal working order, and if the circulation of the virus is very low, we can remove the masks for adults and for children, for all or part of the closed places, including without pass”recently announced the Minister of Health Olivier VĂ©ran.
