I am following the situation in Ukraine with great concern. Thanks to my sons, who organized this organization for several days in 2018, I had the opportunity to get to know several Ukrainian cities, especially Lviv and Odessa. Wonderful cities full of monuments, people helpful, kind and hospitable. I will never forget visiting Ukraine or the experiences we had there.
Before the war came. Stop, machine. By train from Ukraine to Belgrade and back to Brno
I do not even want to think how these cities and the whole country can change thanks to the Russian aggressor. The people of Ukraine are friendly and it is very unjust to be threatened by a rage of war. I am sad when I think especially of the weakest – children, women and seniors. They can lose home, their loved ones. I very much wish that the situation would calm down and that peace would be restored. Ukraine is so close, what is happening in this country now may endanger us in a short time.
