Mobility Low Emission Zone derogations
As of January 3, 2022, a low mobility emission zone (ZFE-m) has been created for a period of ten years on the territory of the municipalities of: Amfreville-la-Mi-Voie, Bihorel, Bois-Guillaume, Bonsecours, Darnétal, Déville -lès-Rouen, Le Grand-Quevilly, Le Mesnil-Esnard, Le Petit-Quevilly, Rouen, Notre-Dame – de – Bondeville and Sotteville-lès-Rouen.
All the lanes open to general traffic relating to the interior of the sector formed by the said municipalities are concerned, with the exception of the lanes giving access to the relay car parks on the edge of the ZFE.
Access, traffic and parking are permanently prohibited (7 days a week, 24 hours a day) for categories of “unclassified” vehicles, classes 5 and 4, in accordance with the classification established by the decree. of 21 June 2016 referred to above for motor vehicles designed and built for the transport of goods and having at least four wheels, of category “CTTE”, “CAM”; “N1”, “N2” and “N3”, within the meaning of article R.311-1 of the Highway Code.
The Crit’Air air quality certificate (secure sticker) must be displayed on the vehicles concerned by this article in order to drive in the mobility-activated low-emissions zone. This certificate can be obtained on the website www.certificat-air.gouv.fr
Exemptions at three levels are in place:
- Permanent exemptions
- General temporary exemptions
- Individual temporary derogations
Only temporary exemptions of an individual nature must be the subject of a specific request, using the appropriate form.
