“United Russia” on February 18, respectively, will hold a day of receptions of citizens on the topic of paternity – Society
MOSCOW, 18 February. /TASS/. Public receptions of “United Russia” together with the all-Russian movement “Fathers of Russia” and the Council of Fathers on Friday will respectively hold a reception day dedicated to the theme of fatherhood. It will be held in an online format, the chairman of the commission for work with citizens, the vice speaker of the State Duma, Anna Kuznetsova, will meet.
“Our idea prompted the program of the Fathers of Russia movement “You are not alone”, according to which dads who find themselves alone with raising children, when for some reason there is no mother, are supported. The unifying authorities, our adoptive ones, it will be possible to draw conclusions about about what measures are needed at the system level,” Kuznetsova was given the floor by the press service of United Russia.
In turn, the head of the Fathers of Russia movement, Andrei Kochetov, drew attention to the fact that interaction with United Russia is very important for the paternal community. “We have accumulated a lot of questions, problems that are not collected within the community itself. Government support is required.
Kochetov added that in the course of the adoption of the regularity, both private issues arise, highlighting special assistance to families and fathers who find themselves in a difficult life situation, as well as general topics, such as the upbringing, well-being and life of children.
Deputies of all levels, representatives of the ministries of labor and social protection of the Russian Federation, as well as the Association of Lawyers of Russia will take part in a single day of receptions. In turn, the commissioners for the decision of children answered the questions of citizens about the protection of children’s rights, representatives of representatives of public organizations spoke about measures of non-state support, the party clarified.
Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2021 instructed to establish Father’s Day in the country, which now takes place on the third Sunday of October. In October last year, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Russia submitted for public discussion the idea of celebrating Father’s Day. The press service of the Ministry of Labor clarified that such an initiative came from Anna Kuznetsova, who then held the post of authorized person when receiving a child of the Russian Federation for the intended purpose. The proposal was supported by the department.
