In addition, 413 classes are closed, again according to the Academy of Toulouse. This represents 1.31% of the classes in the territory. Also, 13,800 students have tested positive for coronavirus in the past seven days, or 2.58% of them. On the personnel side, the Academy says 4,792 members of its ranks were also affected. This represents 9.1% of its workforce.
All of these indicators are down from the previous week. The Toulouse Academy had been one of 728 classified closed classes, 24,995 students and 5,716 staff members affected by Covid-19
The Academy specifies in passing that since “January 14, 2022, students are in class who have produced a document attesting to the completion of a self-test whose result is negative, followed by two others on D2 and D4. The other students return to class after seven days.
