The latest clip from Atom in Debrecen makes its debut in Dehiren
Debrecen – A video for the issue of Unexpected Goods (in the packaging area) will arrive on Monday, which Dehir readers will be able to see for the first time.
About a year and a half after the debut album Audiodopping, the latest album of the punk rock trio from Debrecen, ATOM, was released in December 2020. Named Slamastika, the material contains ten fast and melodic punk-rock songs in Hungarian with a total of thirty minutes. As a result of the global epidemic, they spent the year 2020 in the rehearsal room, thanks to the fact that they were able to continue the line of records with their second major record a year and a half after their first material.

The punkrock trio has previously made clips for three tracks, How I Became a Together, Living at Home, and Eternal Second, which arrived at the end of 2020 and in the spring and fall of 2021, respectively.
The year 2022 kicks off the band with a video for another Slamastic song: Readers of Dehir will be the first to see a clip of The Unexpected Item (in the packaging area) on Monday, February 7 at 6 p.m.
“The song was inspired by a lot of angry self-service shopping. Some people said the number was strong, it’s good to be able to write a song on a topic like that, so we did a clip for it, ”said Tomster, the band’s singer-guitarist.
The Atom band based in Debrecen was founded in 2018 by songwriter-singer Tamás Pásztor and drummer Károly Méhes. A year later, they were joined by Blonde Ricsi on bass guitar, so they marched into a studio with their first material in a trio. Their debut album, Audiodopping, was released in a hundred, hand-numbered copies in April 2019, with an author’s release of ten melodic punk-rock songs and a half-hour playing time. This was followed in late 2020 by the also ten-digit Slamastika.
