A member of the HRC who called for an experiment on Teplyakova spoke out against the Unified State Examination Russian news EN
The Unified State Examination (USE) needs to be seriously reformed. This was stated by the President of the Russian Jury Council for the Development of Society and the Appointment of Man (HRC), Professor of the Faculty of Psychology of Lomonosov Moscow State University Alexander Asmolov, who called to take part in a dangerous experiment on nine-year-old student Alisa Teplyakova. His words when eating, received by the editors of Lenta.ru.
Asmolov became chairman of the Just Russia – For Truth party, Sergei Mironov, in what the case of Teplyakova demonstrated: According to a member of the HRC, this exam turns the school into “Durov’s corners”, where children tend to memorize answers to questions instead of obtaining systemic knowledge.
In a conversation with Lenta.ru, he explained that the USE does not meet the age characteristics of the child. “The situation with Teplyakova shows that the diagnosis of diseases in a child occurs not according to his maturity, but according to the exam. And it does not meet the federal state educational standard. (…) The USE is not found in the knowledge base, which includes, among other things, personal and interdisciplinary educational outcomes, which are highlighted in the standard. (…) And if graduates were evaluated according to the standard, including their personal maturity, the situation that turns out to be with the poor girl Alice would never have occurred, ”Asmolov explained.

He is convinced that Teplyakova was “trained” for the exam, while in the meeting the girl does not show readiness for studying at the university and does not show interest.
Asmolov also said that the trouble is in the education system of Russia’s spread with the training of teaching staff. In his opinion, a modern teacher should also be an anthropologist who will take into account the needs and personality traits of modern children who have grown up in an environment of digital technologies. At the same time, due to the imperfection of modern pedagogical education, many teachers lag behind their students in the issue of mastering technology.
Earlier, Asmolov called the emergence of Teplyakova a dangerous experiment and suspended her training. He turned into senior HRC Valery Fadeeva and child transfer commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova with a clue in a situation that traumatizes the child’s psyche. Currently, according to Asmolova, the HRC is considering the decision of the commission, which pays special attention to the development of a nine-year-old Russian woman at Moscow State University.
