Lyon: the Mix-r network is accelerating in 2022
Created in 2018 by Lyon managers, Mix-r supports companies wishing to engage in a CSR approach. The company with a mission puts collective intelligence and the sharing of experiences at the service of concrete actions in VSEs, SMEs, ETIs and large groups.
Today, the network brings together 90 subscriber companies from 18 sectors of activity, but by the end of the year, 150 companies are targeted. To give itself a new impetus and strengthen its attractiveness, Mix-r has reworked its offer in order to offer a wider range and a richer network life.
Mix’r wants to make the resources available to move forward
Working groups to compare practices and visions, co-development workshops to benefit from the advice of peers, action programs to meet new needs, meetings with experts and company visits… illustrated in program.
“Our model remains based on mutual aid, collaboration and pooling to help companies progress and implement the appropriate methods and tools”, emphasizes Stéphane Rivoire, Deputy Managing Director.
To enrich existing actions on the carbon footprint, the definition of a raison d’être or even ethical and responsible negotiation, new themes will be taken up during shared programs or masterclasses: succeeding in your eco-design approach, carrying out a responsible purchasing policy, knowing how to talk about your CSR involvement to journalists….
“Company visits are also made and promise inspiring encounters, particularly with the Seb and Codeo groups. We also organize mornings of decryption and regulatory monitoring to better anticipate future obligations”, completes Stéphane Rivoire.
Climate, mobility, inclusion… New challenges
Four multi-year action programs will be launched around the climate, mobility, invisible workers and inclusion-diversity.
“On the subject of invisible workers, we want, in partnership with the Caisse d’Epargne Rhône Alpes, to assess the working conditions of maintenance personnel because working early in the morning or late at night poses problems of transport or personal life. The program on inclusion, in conjunction with Apicil, seeks to identify the keys to success in recruiting people who are far from employment. With the La Poste group, we will address the ZFE and urban logistics solutions”, details the deputy managing director, who announces an evening on April 13 to celebrate the 4th anniversary of Mix-r. Navi Radjou, expert in frugal innovation, held a conference on the BtoB sharing economy.
