The free-floating operator announced at the end of the year a withdrawal of its 500 scooters and 300 electric bicycles. It will definitely be final. “Indigo Weel is unable to resume its self-service electric bicycle and scooter management activities in the Toulouse conurbation. The group will support its customers and its teams in this transition”, indicates the company, which had 30,000 active users in the agglomeration.

Money back campaign

In a few weeks, an automated refund campaign will take place for customers who still had credit. Indigo Weel ensures that it will work “to facilitate the reclassification of its Toulouse teams in the workforce of Indigo Toulouse on the one hand, and with the new operators who will settle in Toulouse, on the other hand”.
