The town hall of Toulouse has signed a partnership with the mutual fund for the elderly
“This is the fulfillment of a promise from the 2020 municipal campaign”, explains the Toulouse City Hall. This Monday, January 17, 2022, Jean-Luc Moudenc, mayor of Toulouse, signed the partnership for the municipal mutual fund for the elderly. He was in the company of Daniel Red, First Deputy Mayor, in charge of the CCAS (Communal Center for Social Action) and Philippe Mixed, president of the mutual JUST, both also signatories.
Who is concerned ?
The establishment of this communal mutual fund for seniors in the pink city is based on the fact that between theincrease in membership rates with age and lack of employer participation once removed, the elderly are particularly affected by renunciation of care. This is often added to a lack of information and support.

From January 31, 2022, the people of Toulouse over 60 years old could therefore benefit from “accessible health insurance” if they so wish.
