Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to finalize control of the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population by January 30. This is reported on site Kremlin.
According to the document, the head of state instructed to pay attention to mandatory compliance with the requirements for monitoring the identification of the rights of Russians, as well as taking into account possible life situations in the implementation of the federal law.
The presidential order, in the conclusion, should provide for the availability of documents confirming the presence of a vaccine against COVID-19, according to a medical certificate, or that a person has been ill with a new coronavirus infection. In addition, the document instructs to pay special attention to monitoring the implementation of federal law-abiding organizations in various economic systems.
Earlier, a member of the Federation Council, Konstantin Dolgov, assessed the control over the rights of regions to introduce covid-certificates in places of residence, calling it a framework concept. According to its decision, if adopted in its second and subsequent readings, the main structure is considered – the right and opportunity for regions to conduct procedures related to visiting any places with certificates.
