The examination of the third request for release of Cédric Jubular has just started in Toulouse
This is the third request for release in four months. The investigative chamber of the Toulouse Court of Appeal examines this Tuesday a new request for the release of Cédric Jubular, Delphine’s husband. The Tarn nurse has been missing for over a year. The 33-year-old is accused of his murder, but claims his innocence. He has been imprisoned at the Seysses remand center since last June.
The hearing begins at 12:20 p.m. and is ultimately not public. The file will therefore be examined by the parties without a journalist in the room. Three civil party lawyers are present, Mr. Laurent De Caunes, Laurent Nakache-Arfi and Laurent Boguet. They represent Delphine Jubular’s family as well as the couple’s children. The victim’s brother is present in the room, as in the first two hearings.
Cédric Jubillar’s lawyers more and more confident
Defense lawyers want to be confident for this new hearing. Elements of the file seem to be deflating. Cédric Jubillar was also heard on the merits of the case without any decisive element for the investigation appearing according to his lawyers.
