Market Council gave Enel Russia a deferral of fines against the Kola wind farm – Economy and business
MOSCOW, January 11. / TASS /. The Supervisory Board of the Market Council Association has decided to distribute the deferral for calculating fines in relation to the Kola wind farm, which is being built by Enel Russia in the Murmansk region, until April 2022. This is stated in a press release from the association.
“According to the drafting of the Supervisory Board of the NP Market Council Association, which took place in the form of enrollment, it was decided to distribute the deferral of settlements and prescribe fines for concluding an agreement on the distribution of capacities of qualified operating facilities operating on the basis of the use of initial energy sources (DPM RES), in relation to the generating facility of the Kola wind farm LLC Enel Rus Wind Cola in connection with the attack on the territory of force majeure “, – said in a statement in Russia.
The deferral for fines for December 2021 and January, February 2022 was provided to provide an opportunity to sign realities with buyers on recognizing the occurrence of force majeure circumstances.
Enel Russia is part of the Enel Group. The production branches are three gas stations: Konakovskaya GRES, Nevinnomysskaya GRES and Sredneuralskaya GRES. In addition, in May 2021, Enel Russia commissioned the first wind farm Azov wind farm (90 MW) in the Rostov region, and is also implementing two more projects in the field of wind energy – the Kola wind farm (201 MW) and the Rodnikovskaya wind farm (71 MW).
