In the summer of 2016, Frankfurt was relegated from the 2nd Bundesliga, in 2017 the FSV fell to the Regionalliga. Now it is up to the Hessians to prevent another crash. Dusan Crnomut is to help, who from Luxembourg’s first division club FC Wiltz 71 is moving to Frankfurt on a free transfer.
The regional league in Germany is not unknown to Crnomut, as it played a total of 36 times for ZFC Meuselwitz and FC Carl Zeiss Jena, albeit in the northeast. Now the 25-year-old continues in the southwest.
We have always followed Dusan’s path. He’s a player from the Rhein-Main area and I’m glad that it finally worked out.
“I hope that through the professional environment here at FSV Frankfurt I will develop myself personally but above all in terms of sport and thus support the team in the fight to stay up,” Crnomut is quoted on the club’s website.
Thomas Brendel, Sporting Director of the FSV, firmly believes that Crnomut can help the team. “Dusan is a team player and is planned for position 6/8 with us. I am convinced that he will liven up our center with his mentality and his footballing quality. He also brings an important size for our league with 1.88. ”
Brendel has had Dusan on the slip for a long time, “unfortunately there was no signing due to a short-term injury. We have always followed Dusan’s path. He is a player from the Rhein-Main area and I am glad that it is now finally it worked.” In the second attempt.
