Claira: a very fit Lyon boules club
Before the sanitary instructions toughened, the club managed to organize its end-of-year meal, thanks to the leaders of the Claira football club who kindly lent their premises. Sandie and her team were thus able to organize for their members a real moment of friendship and sharing around a real feast including for dessert the traditional log, superb homemade pastry offered by Sandrine. The guests who came with champagne, chocolates and small cakes received as a gift a nice goal bearing the image of the club.
Good track record
After a first victory against Prades in October, the club obtained a second success by triumphing over the boules players of Perpignan Saint-Jacques on December 18. Despite the absentees, the Clairanecs were able to win on the Perpignan grounds during the interclub meeting organized in a very friendly manner by the latter. After the three tests in doubles, the two tests in triplets and the three tests of precision Claira indeed obtained a nice 20 to 10 final.
Succession assured
The Sport boules Claira, which has highlighted the feminine this season is also thinking of the next generation. In a spirit of emulation and discovery, this year he is offering a free license to bowlers aged 5 to 18. In the same spirit, the leaders sent Nathan Lambert, the youngest member of the club to Les Petits pas boulistes de Balaruc-les-Bains, where point and shooting events were held under the supervision of Romain Garcia, multi-world champion. Nathan spent a whole morning facing other young bowlers, whom the value does not await the number of years. The budding champion got like all the other competitors a reward for his participation.
