The clash with the pedestrian, which took place on Wednesday, December 29, at the intersection of Wilsonova and Vinohradská streets on Wenceslas Square in Prague, has not yet been closed by the police. A pedestrian died in a collision that occurred in the dark at half past five in the morning. The black BMW 530 knocked it down.

Police officers need to examine witnesses to determine all the circumstances of the accident. At the time of the incident, she collided with two cars. The police officers have already spoken to the driver of the white car, but they still do not know the driver of the other, who had a silver or gray metallic paint, despite the proven extensive databases of camera recordings from the center of Prague.

“The as-yet-unidentified pedestrian had a specific gait on which he leaned on a French cane,” General Security Forces (GIBS) spokeswoman Ivana Nguyen said, a sign that someone could help identify him. To postpone the investigation, police are now asking the public for help.
“Information about the accident, the identity of the driver of the mentioned vehicle and also those that you think would be necessary to find out the deceased, please call the 974 839 734 GIBS operations center,” added Ivana Nguyenová.
