(ANSA) – ROME, DEC 22 – A raid on the historic headquarters of the CGIL in Rome. A blitz that took place during a demonstration held on 9 October last to protest against the obligation of the Green pass. For that affair, which led to the devastation of the entrance to the headquarters, 13 people risk being prosecuted. Among them also the leaders of Forza Nuova, Roberto Fiore and Giuliano Castellino. The Capitoline Prosecutor’s Office asked them for the immediate rite which, in the event of a green light from the investigating magistrate, takes the proceedings directly to the courtroom, before the collegiate court. Heavy offenses alleged, depending on the position, by the magistrates of piazzale Clodio: incitement to commit a crime, devastation and resistance to a public official.

In addition to Fiore and Castellino, currently detained in the Napoleonic prison, the prosecutors also solicited judgment for the former Nar, Luigi Aronica and, among others, Fabio Corradetti, son of the partner of Pamela Testa, a militant of F. On the other hand, the position of Biagio Passaro, head of the ‘Io apro’ movement, who was released a few weeks ago at the disposal of the review court, has been removed. Due to these facts, the website of the far-right movement was also obscured. (HANDLE).
