Biden’s aide Sullivan: Russia has not yet decided to “invade” Ukraine

Russia is not yet making a decision on a possible “invasion” of Ukraine, said US Presidential Assistant for National Security Jake Sullivan. Reuters… At the same time, the agency points out that “tens of thousands of soldiers” are concentrated near the Ukrainian border.

Sullivan also said that the United States is ready to discuss Russia with the list of requirements for security guarantees passed to it, but Washington has its own proposals.

The contents of this list of eight items, submitted to the American authorities, were disclosed by the Russian Foreign Ministry on December 17.
