Massage your body with essential oils
VSevery Wednesday meeting with Lydia Bosson. Passionate aromatherapist, she also founded the school USHA VEDA based in Switzerland and dedicated to the field of natural health. To enjoy all the benefits of essential oils, you can diffuse them. It is indeed a very simple approach and at the same time disinfects the atmosphere. Lydia Bosson is formally: essential oils can influence your physical and psycho-emotional functions. And you can massage yourself with it!
How to massage yourself with essential oils?
Lydia Bosson recommends massaging the entire body in the morning before showering. For this, you can dilute 60 drops of essential oils in 100 ml of a vegetable oil. This little ritual stimulates the lymph, but also nourishes your skin. At the same time, you benefit from an immuno-stimulating effect, which is very appreciable in this season.
Which essential oils to massage?
Bet on energizing and revitalizing oils. This is the case, for example, with black spruce, Scots pine or white fir.
Lavenders are also great like marjoram, especially if you are a tense person.
For those who prefer more exotic oils there is also Ylang-ylang or antal wood.
Last tip: friction!
Lydia Bosson suggests rubbing the soles of your feet. Recommended if you have a very cold in particular. You can do it with 20 drops of EO from Ravintsara or Eucalyptus.
You can also rub the spine and the inside of the arms if you wish.
Be careful, aromatherapy is not without contraindication. It is essential to trust a professional. It is very important to take into account possible interactions with drugs or cosmetics.
