In Dubai, only 39 percent of respondents are satisfied with the necessary living expenses, compared to 78 percent in Kuala Lumpur.
Quality healthcare, but hostile people
Prague ranked seventh in the list of 57 cities. It overtook, for example, the capital of Mexico, the Swiss Basel and the Spanish Madrid. Most foreigners living in the Czech capital are satisfied with the quality of medical care, which is praised by 84 percent of them. In this respect, Prague surpassed the victorious Kuala Lumpur by as much as six percent, compared to the second Málaga and the third Dubai, the difference is three percent.
In general, 80 percent of respondents like life in Prague. Three-quarters of people have jobs that suit them, while the harmony between work and personal life is valued at 79 percent of expats. On the other hand, according to almost half of them, it is not easy to find friends in the capital. 61 percent of respondents are satisfied with the cost of living.

Foreigners live and work in Sydney, Australia and the city-state of Singapore, better than in Prague. The expats who have settled in this important financial center, like the people in the heart of Europe, value the quality of the local healthcare system the most. Together with Paris, they shared second place, Sydney, Australia was fourteenth. The first place was taken by the Israeli Tel Aviv, which appeared at the top of the ranking for the very first time.
