Rail traffic cut between Narbonne and Toulouse after a collision between the TGV and a pedestrian

This Friday, December 3, shortly before 4 p.m., rail traffic was interrupted in both directions of traffic, between Toulouse and Carcassonne. And for good reason, the TGV collided with a pedestrian high up in Saint-Eulalie (Aude). Buses have been set up by SNCF to evacuate passengers. Resumption of traffic scheduled for 8 p.m.
It’s been a little over two hours since rail traffic was interrupted between Narbonne and Toulouse. A TGV heading for Toulouse struck a pedestrian near Saint-Eulalie. According to The Independent, the pedestrian is on the railroad tracks when the tragedy took place.

To relieve the dozens of people who are stranded in the trains, the SNCF has made coaches available, which are supposed to travel to Toulouse. The resumption of traffic is scheduled for 8 p.m.
