Eye yoga for eye strain
On Thursdays you take care of yourself thanks to Farida Brahim. She is a holistic and facialist beauty coach. Today she presents to you eye yoga. A gentle method derived from Ayurvedic medicine. It was popularized by Dr Bates, an American and Dr Agarwal, an Indian, in 1920. It is therefore an ocular gymnastics to train the eyes or even mobilize their muscles. Objective: to prevent them from eyestrain and improve dryness as well.
Eye yoga: relaxation guaranteed
If you spend long hours in front of a screen, you are among the people most affected by this eyestrain. Ditto, if you practice precision work that mobilizes your eyes a lot.
So Farida offers you several simple exercises to give you breaks. A few minutes are enough to relax your eyes and especially to make them move!
For good efficiency, remember to practice each exercise at least ten times. Between two sets of movements, you can put your hands on the eyes to make the dark.
Be careful to practice these exercises, you must remove your glasses and contact lenses.
