The description : This consultation consists of performing various services in order to modernize 2 elevators in building ‘D’ of the departmental services located in the town of Annecy.
The work is taking place in two phases:
Phase n ° 1: Modernization works of elevator n ° 2 (secondary service elevator)
Phase n ° 2: Modernization works of elevator n ° 1 (main elevator)

Conditions relating to the contract
Warning : Unless waived, an advance is provided if the amount of the contract exceeds 50,000 euros; HT and the turnaround time greater than 2 months. The rate of this advance is set at 30%
The payment of the advance is not conditional on the constitution of a guarantee on first demand by the holder.
Funding: Payment from own funds within 30 days from the date of receipt of the request for payment.
Legal status : No particular form of grouping is imposed after allocation.
If the contract is awarded to a joint group, the agent will be jointly and severally liable for the performance of the contract by each member of the group for their contractual obligations.

List and brief description of the selection criteria, indication of the information and documents required:
– A statement indicating the average annual workforce of the candidate in terms of the number of supervisory staff, for each of the last three years.
– A list of the work carried out over the past five years, accompanied by certificates of good execution for the most important works. These certificates indicating the amount, date and place of performance of the work and precise whether they were carried out according to the rules of the art and regularly completed.
