Faced with the rise in the incidence rate and the rise in the positivity rate in the Haute-Savoie department, the City calls in this press release for vigilance and respect for barrier gestures, and in particular the wearing of a mask when – this is compulsory, for the health of all inhabitants.
“We are closely monitoring the evolution of the health situation in Annecy and adapting our actions accordingly. Wearing a mask is compulsory outdoors as soon as there is a gathering of more than ten people on the public highway or in a place open to the public. I appeal to the responsibility, civility and commitment of everyone in the application of health measures and recommended barrier gestures. Together, let us remain cautious ”indicates in this document the mayor François Astorg.
If the wearing of a mask remains for the moment not obligatory outside, it is however obligatory in certain situations defined by the Prefecture:
– events, professional gatherings, funeral ceremonies, public ceremonies for more than ten people on public roads or in a place open to the public;
– electoral meetings organized in the open air up to a limit of 50 people;
– open-air markets, flea markets, flea markets, garage sales and unpacking sales;
– waiting files;
– surroundings of places of worship during main office hours;
– car parks in shopping centers and hypermarkets (establishments open to the public), and around these establishments within a perimeter of 50 meters, during opening hours;
– surroundings of schools, within a perimeter of 50 meters (first and second degree), during opening and closing times, as well as land, rail and lake transport stations during peak hours.
A valid health pass (paper or digital) must be presented in municipal establishments by all users, from 12 years old, The mask is also compulsory:
• Jean-Régis and Île Bleue municipal swimming pools
• museums: Museum-Castle, Palace of the Island, Museum of animated films,
• exhibition venues
• senior restaurants
• media libraries,
• municipal cinemas (La Turbine, Le Mikado, Le Rabelais).
