The enchantment at 11 am on 22 December at Palazzo Berlinghieri with the method of secret offers
SIENA. An auction notice for the disposal of buildings and land owned by the municipality will be published tomorrow, November 19. There are 11 lots, for a total of over 2.5 million euros, including some for commercial, warehouse, residential and green areas.
Their award will take place with a public auction, set at mineral 11 of 22 December at Palazzo Berlinghieri (Piazza Il Campo 7), through the method of secret offers, increasing on basic prices, in favor of the person who has presented the most advantageous one for the Administration. For some premises the assignment will be definitive, while for others it will be provisional, as it is subject to the issue of the necessary authorizations and the possible exercise of the right of pre-emption by those entitled.
Participants in the Municipality of Siena – Casa di Sotto Service 23 – Siena 53100, by 12 noon on 21 December. It can be sent by registered mail from the postal service; Express post; courier or authorized delivery agency, or with hand delivery (Monday to Friday from 9 to 12.30 and Tuesday and Thursday also from 15-16.30), to the Municipality of Siena (Archive and Protocol Office, piazza Field 1).
The envelope, containing the required documentation, must be sealed with transparent adhesive tape or a strip of paper, or glued with sealing wax and countersigned on the closing flaps, bearing the indication of the sender on the outside and the words: “Offer for the public auction relating to the disposal of owned properties – Lot (number to be reported) – expiring 21/12/2021 “.
Required the compulsory inspection of the property in which the subject is interested; failure to do so will in fact cause exclusion from the tender.
