Activate your immune system before winter
VSevery Wednesday meeting with Lydia Bosson. Passionate aromatherapist, she also founded the school USHA VEDA based in Switzerland and dedicated to the field of natural health. Today, she reveals her tips to boost your immune system before winter.
Before the change of season: take care of yourself
Autumn is off to a good start. The days have grown shorter and the cold is slowly coming. At this time, fatigue weakens our immune defenses. And generally, the first viruses appear. The changes of seasons therefore have a physical and emotional rehabilitation. In autumn, the spleen and pancreas are more stressed. This is why Lydia advises you to turn to hydrosols and essential oils intended to strengthen.
Hydrosols and essential oils for immune defenses
Head first to Angelica hydrosol, to drink in a cup of hot water. Ideal for strengthening the spleen and pancreas, it also brings rooting, certainty and confidence.
You can also use Thyme Linaol hydrosol.
Without forgetting the ravintsara to consume as a herbal tea, even in case of cold.
Side essential oil, zoom on myrtle. A few drops are enough! Then rub the area of the heart and time with it.
You can also buy black spruce and scatter a few drops on the back of your hands. All that remains is to massage your adrenals (located above the kidneys). This helps boost your energy and vitality.
Be careful, aromatherapy is not without contraindication. It is essential to trust a professional. It is very important to take into account possible interactions with drugs or cosmetics.
Know that there are books on aromatherapy and guides for you to inform.
